Hi Guys i know i dont post on here often but i have some bad news . My best friend who was practically a brother to me has died in a serious motorbike crash on fri 12th. I still cant accept his loss. He was a major MAB fan. Me and Mark listened to hours of MABs awesome music just picking out our favorite riffs/solos. This amazing guy taut me guitar teaching me Metallica riffs and so on. Now hes rocking in heaven with Jimi , Randy Rhodes, Kurt Cobain and so many more. Can we all give this guy a massive goodbye rock style send off. I will be rented a local music venue where we will have my friends band perfoming metallica covers and their own thrash metal songs then we will get a dj to play music such as MABs, Metalica, Steve Vai, Micheal Romeo, Megadeth and loads more to give this legend an amazing send off.
Regards Nick Lane

Sorry to hear about your friend my condolences go out to you and his family. It took me a while to realize in life TRUE friends are hard to come by, and if you are fortunate enough to have EVEN ONE their value is beyond estimation, although I can't relate to your particular situation (because it hasn't happened to me) I can only imagine the pain, and I find it hard to put myself in your situation mentally, my mind will only go there for about 2 seconds and I cut it off, because it is so painful. I am fortunate enough to have a best friend (with exception of my wife) and he just happens to be my brother, but I don't have a friend close enough to me like a brother so I'm sure what you had was extremely special, my prayer for you is that one day you find another best friend not necessary to replace, but to add to. Your friends influence will always be with you......P.S. MAB has a song called "PEACE" which for me paints great landscapes of emotion I think it would be a great song to play while celebrating your friends life I'm sure it is really painful right now, but DON'T GIVE UP! NEVER GIVE UP!
