What are some of the new releases everyone is wanting to get or new music you have got recently? I have the new Ace Frehley cd Space Invader pre-ordered. I liked his last disc and hope this one is as good as it was. I also just got 3 of Maxxxwell Carlisle's cds. After 3 days of playing them almost non-stop I still can't pick a favorite. Each is just a bit different from the others but all are very good in my opinion. Speed Force, Visions of Victory and Full Metal Thunder. I can see them becoming permanent fixtures in my truck along with Rust In Peace by Megadeth, Heavy Metal Music by Newsted, Hands Without Shadows 1&2 by MAB, and Best of Both Worlds by Van Halen. There is usually at least one of these discs in there. Can't wait until he has another one. I also saw where there is a new "super group" with MAB. I will have that disc as well when it is available.

I have the live Warrant cd. I like it. Have had it for several years. Forgot about Kix liked them back in the day. May have to check out some of the others. Still hard to pick a favorite of the Maxxxwell Carlisle cds. Ace Frehley's is pretty good IMO.

Just ordered a couple of classics: Great White - Shot in the dark CD (Japanese reissue) - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shot_in_the_Dark_%28album%29I have been a bit obsessed by this recording for a while. GW have been so many things over the years, it's almost like listening to 4 or 5 different bands. This is their second album from 1986 and is commercial aor/hardrock sound but with great songwriting. Some of it is cheesy but there is something a little magical about the way it all comes together. This cd is fairly hard to get hold of as it was issued in 2005 and used copies are even hitting $20 on ebay. I'd also recommend their first album which is akin to Quiet Riot or Twisted Sister imo. Lion - Dangerous Attraction LP Not-so-well-known hair metal lp from the guys that did the theme from the original animated Transformers movie.

Saw Great White open for Kiss on the Revenge tour. They put on a really good show. Have liked what I have heard from them. I think Jack Russell deserves more credit than he gets as a singer.

Amazing for an album from 2014 to sound like an instant classic the way this album does. The new Steel Panther album has some good tracks as well! Other good recent purchases have been LOUDNESS "The Sun Will Rise Again" and Nili Brosh "A Matter of Perception".

I backed the Maxxxwell Carlisle kickstarter project. If the new disc is anywhere close to the 3 I have it is going to be an awesome disc.
Other purchases in the last month are old discs to replace some of the old cassette tapes I used to listen to a lot. They are: Warrant- D.R.F.S.R. Warrant- Cherry Pie Dokken- Back for the Attack

Just ordered The Winery Dogs. Have heard a lot of positive remarks about them. The samples of the songs I heard sounded like something I wanted to check out. Also got a bunch of music for Christmas like I normally do. A lot of older discs but either have not had since I got rid of the cassette tapes or never had before.

I purchased the new W.A.S.P album "Golgotha" and I have to say it's fast becoming one of my favourite album releases of the year! I love every song on the record. My favourite song has to be ."Slaves of the New World Order" and "Miss You." But I like " Hero of The World" and "Golgotha" I can honestly say it one of the best albums Blackie has produced to date.. I highly recommend checking it out.

The last album I bought from W.A.S.P was "Crimson Idol" I thought it was good but it was more of a solo project of Blackies rather than old school W.A.S.P. The subject matter was a bit too dark for me too. Anway, I forgot to mention that I'm getting Vinnie Moores new album " Aerial Visions" when it's released on Amazon.

Saw Great White open for Kiss on the Revenge tour. They put on a really good show. Have liked what I have heard from them. I think Jack Russell deserves more credit than he gets as a singer. I saw Great White open for Judas Priest in 1984 on the Defenders Of The Faith tour. Great White was touring for their debut album I think. Their hit song was "Stick It." LOL As for albums I want to get soon, I am about to receive in the mail a Testament album name "Ritual" Also I have "Condition Human" - the new Queensryche album on the way!

I have not heard the new Queensryche yet but have heard it is good. Testament is another band I need to check out. I don't think I have heard anything of theirs or if I have I did not realize who it was.

I purchased the new Def leppard cd, Black Star Riders album and Florence and the Machine new album, she's more indie rock//pop but I like her music. I thought she did a great set at Glastonbury this year standing in for Foo Fighters who had to cancel.
