Whether it's an amp, a guitar, a microphone, or anything else, what is the next piece of gear you hope to get? I'm pretty much set for gear at the moment but the next guitar I want is a DeJayce. They're great. You can have one made in just about any type of wood you could want, even Korina wood. They have twin graphite stabilizer rods, original Floyd Rose tremelo, your choice of Seymour Duncan pickups, the neck has wide, thin "D" shaped profile with a 20 inch radius. The neck measures .700 at the first fret and .800 at the 12th fret. And unlike the typical strat or "superstrat" guitars, it doesn't have that damn volume knob in the way of your picking hand! I believe it's the best value for an all American made guitar that there is. It also comes with your choice of a paint finish or a hand rubbed oil finish.

I am pretty happy with my collection at the moment, but if I had the chance there are 2 guitars I would add to my collection. The first being the Dean Rocket and the second one would be a Carvin JB200C. Other than that I can't think of much else but I know once I go into a guitar shop I'll find something I "have" to buy.

Like I said on the other thread that I started, I'm looking to buy a Dean Dime Razorback Explosion. I also want to buy a new pedal, but I still haven't decided which brand.

I was thinking about buying a multi effect pedal to replace my old one. But there are many different things I would like to achieve soundwise, and I have to consider other types of pedals too. I am going to do a "test drive" at the store and figure out what's best for me right now regarding my budget as well.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I'm planning on getting an electro-acoustic guitar too.

I may put my spider amp up for sale this month and get a smaller size one. Not sure what to buy yet but I want one thats portable. Also, I want an electric acoustic guitar but I'm going to wait to see if MAB does a signature one next year.

I have been close to getting the Mustaine Mako for a couple years but keep holding off.

A Dean MAB Rocket is also on my list! Michael played one at the clinic last week. To say it looks sweet in person would be an under statement. I would say it sounded good but Michael could make a tree limb sound good. Seeing one in person just made me want one even more.

I may think about getting one if MAB doesnt do a signature acoustic. Its not long until the NAMM show so Ill wait and see what new guitars they are going to launch.

I'm not saving money for anything particular at the moment but my next guitar is going to be either a Fender Am Standard Telecaster or some type of Ibanez RG Prestige with H-S-H configuration. I'm going for all the classic guitars now. I have a standard Strat and Les Paul, so it's only a Tele, SG and RG that is missing for the classic rock/metal axes for me now. I will go with the Tele and RG before the SG, I don't know in which order, I will probably go with what ever I feel when the moment comes. As for amplifiers I really don't going to buy any expensive amps ever again, I already have a bunch of prototype amps I've built myself which covers most tones possible for guitars. I also have a SLO100 clone project which I've partially started, this is going to be my next (and first) "non-prototype" amplifier since I've already bought a fancy chassis for it. As for effects I really need a good delay. I've been without delay now ever since I got rid of the ElevenRack I had, which is a long time now, been practicing dry for over two years If I'm not going to build a delay pedal myself I will probably go and buy the TC-Electronics G-Major II sometime in the near future. The latest piece of gear I actually bought was today, ordered a set of Seymour Duncan Invaders for my Les Paul. I feel that the Strat covers the blues and classic rock well enough so I'm going for something heavier for the Les Paul. Then I might put these pickups in the RG when I get that guitar and just go back to PAF's in the Les Paul when that time comes. So to make a long post short: Fender American Standard Telecaster, Ibanez RG Prestige, Gibson Standard SG, TC-Electronic G-Major II. And remaining parts for a SLO100 build.

Michael could make a tree limb sound good. It's good to know! Now I know what to give Michael for Christmas!
