I'm interested in ffinding out who you think was the best of the guitarists. Since Criss Oliva has been dead since 1993, I'm going to add a few examples of his playing for those of you who might not be familiar with this man who along within brother Jon Oliva found Savage which eventually turned into The Trans Siberian Orchestra - long after Criss Oliva's death.
BEWARE! - THERE'S A TYPO THAT SAYS "SAVAGE: INSTEAD OF "SAVAGE" AFTER CROSS OLIVA'S NAME

Apart from MAB Gary Moore will always be my favourite guitarist. It will be the 5 year anniversary of his death this month.

Work on learning his Shapes Of Things solo, even if you can't play it fast at first. It will male you faster a lot quicker than most exercises.
