ok willjay i'l do one ..... my exams r comming up and i havnt played the guitar properly since 2 months.....!!!!!!! wow ... ordarcir 27 NPS wow.... i can only do 22 ... thats my limit... uh .. ok i'l post the video ... but in a month... hehehehe

I emailed rusty and he replied to me. Hes pretty deep into the shred underground and I got alot of respect for him. Also, his sound is dope as hell and I love that tone. His stretches got me into stretches and those are fun for really 'solar' sounding legato. I love stuff like that because it isnt easy but the sound it produces is very unique.

Willie, if possible could you check Vai's picking from this video ?(http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6667759706822559843&q=guitar+solo) I have the guitar pro file and it says the picked run is 15 nps but I'm not sure.

Nah, it`s not quite 15 nps, still more like just around 13 ish nps. Ok, i managed to find a copy of that clip i could actually download (saying as my DVD drive is broke), and i just clocked Steve Vai`s alt picking in that clip at 14 nps, so i`ll update my NPS Project with that clip and renew all the links for it i`ve posted on the net (that i can remember ;D).
