Actually, have you ever heard of Francesco Fareri, DeMoNgObLiN? He is a very amazing italian guitarist. Here's his website: www.francescofareri.com/He plays a 7 string and does some crazy things. I'm a quarter italian

Dude you are the most amazing guitarist ever if I didn't alreadytell you that at the clermont clinic. Well I'm soon to become part of your street team. I already e-mailed deb and she loved that picture with me and you at conerstone when you signed my guitar. Oh yeah this Pablo.

Happy "belated" Birthday. Thanks for the compliments. As far as "sweeping" techniques and arpeggios, I have worked on as many as I could discover. For example, the standard "rake" arpeggio sweeps, string skipping sweeps and intense tapped arpeggio's. I find that many of the arpeggios I perform involve string skipping. This is because of the shapes that I use.

I like any and all guitar playing technique's. You never know when you will want to use one to obtain a certain sound and feel.

Do you just sweep and jump over a string or what? I'd like to give that a go, and if you give an example here that would be awesome

An arpegio is a chord where each note is played seperatly, so stick to chordnotes and do some stringskipping Like this for example: BTW last night I played this arp for the first time in years...man I ***ed ;D The fingering and picking show is what I find most natural and easy, but it also sounds great palmmuting the low stings and using strickt alternate, but that takes loads of Practice, Practice, Practice Experiment and find Your way and style UPS.... just saw a major error it's NOT Am it's Dm, sorry will be corrected tomorrow, as I'm almost of to work...Sorry Has been corrected
