This is my axe. There are many like it but this one is mine. My axe is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my axe is useless. Without my axe I am useless. I must wield my axe true. I must slice straighter than my enemy, who is trying to kill me. I must slice him before he slices me. I will. Before God I swear this creed: my axe and myself are defenders of my country, we are the masters of my enemy, we are the saviors of my life. So be it, until there is no enemy, but peace. Amen. maybe you belong at the Malmsteen forum...you know, vikings and all

I posted some of my other guitars here on Brad's site, along with that photo, which ended up in Vintage Guitar: blogs.guitarworld.com/usergear/viewgallery.php?pro=fullshredAnd I miss big blue

snakes on a... ...guitar? haha Yea, its a replica of one that Joe Satriani has. Not exact but done in the same style. The lady who does these at Beyond Custom Guitars gets alot of coin to do this particular replica. I got it used on the bay for quite a bit less than what I would have had to pay to have her do one for me. It's your basic JS-1000, but I must say that the action must have had a professional setup. The action is incredibly low. I have a few JS guitars and this ones action is about as low as you can go.

I like the JS line alot... I have a JS90 (1998) and a JS 1200 (2006) Ive had alot of different instruments, some I liked... some I hated. I had an yngwie (US) Strat... i sold it, but actually miss it sometimes... I thought it was fun to play. Had a VIGIER I sold, that was the best quality guitar... the handy work and overall quality is way beyond mass produced instruments. I miss that as well Had a flying V custom from Jackson (crappy, dont miss it at all)... carvin 7 string (not great at all)... like the Carvin AH fatboy I have... that is a nice carvin! Had Jems and other RG style guitars (not my thing, the neck profile isnt for me)... Too much stuff... I barely play at all anymore, but Im glad to have had all these instruments and more. They were alot of fun for me.

It would go to a great home and given the love and attention it needs. Seriously. Thanks. belleswell

That guitar is actually something I dont play at all anymore... it was signed by Satriani in 2005... in silver across where your arm would rest to play... very large signature. And so, I dont play it because the signature would start to fade. I dont believe I ever will sell it... I tend to regret selling instruments after awhile. I like the JS line alot... I can relate to the signiture of Joe's being signed in a spot that makes playing the guitar impossible. I have a JS-1000 BP, I bought on the bay, that was signed by him in the same spot and decided to use some static cling vinyl and it worked fairly well for awhile. But after re-applying the vinyl a few times, the signiture started to stick to the vinyl and about after losing over half of it, I wiped the rest off in disgust with the thought that if I ever meet Joe, I'll have him sign one of my nicer models, Chromeboy or Crystal Planet on the back of the headstock. The offer for selling the 90th is an open one, so contact me if you ever change your mind. Thanks. belleswell
