Stage / Tour gear :
Head : Sovtek Mig-100H
Cab : Really beat up "Marsnall" 1960 slant or mesa 4x12 slant
No pedals, except a boss tuner that I only plug in if I think I may be out of tune.
Guitars : modded LTD M-350 & modded EKO 60's slimline les paul copy
I also have a bunch of other stuff (several more guitars, a krank revolution/peavey 5150 cab halfstack that i use an ISP decimator noisegate with, some other jank), but mainly only use my stage setup and a randall 1x12 combo amp for home practice.
I've owned a whole bunch of different stage rigs over the years (krank, marshall jcm800, mesa triple rec, mesa 90/90 amp + line6 pod xt pro, 5150, etc.) but this is the only setup I've ever been truly happy with. It's not exactly versatile (the Sovtek is a single channel amp, and I hate using pedals, I can hear the signal loss when I use them) but it gets the job done and has the biggest, fattest tone I've ever heard.
I also really love the feel of the LTD M-350; I'm looking to buy more of them, actually, though they seem to be hard to find. I performed several small mods to it (replaced all electronics/pots, replaced stock pickups w/ EMG-81 in bridge, EMG-60 in neck position, permanently disabled the floating tremolo). My backup guitar is an EKO slimline les paul copy from the 60's. Made in Italy, it's made of some kind of super dense hardwood and it's heavy as *** even though it's really slim. I replaced the pickups with EMG-81 & 60 in same config as the LTD, replaced the tuning pegs with Paul Reed Smith old-style pegs, and replaced all pots and electronics. It's got a super small neck that I really enjoy playing.

I still have the Laney GH100L but I barely play it. I use it much more now, as a poweramp together with a Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp. So I have two "rigs" now, the one mentioned earlier and this one  |

lots of other pedals and some rack gear.
My best sound is running the V-amp pro on the Marshall JCM 800 model through the low gain channel of my Butcher. I love the V-amp pro. I've played through many expensive Marshalls, Mesa's, and other heads and other pedals and effects units, but I was blown away by how much more clearly I could hear the individual separation of notes especially when sweep picking with high gain using the V-amp pro. And the Butcher gives it a nice glassy edge. I'm pretty happy with it.
