Thuesday I sat all day in the park drinking beers, the sun was shinning and everything was great.... I didn't use any sunlotion, so now I've got the worst sunburn ever, I even had to call in sick from work as I can hardly walk. It's very painfull and I look like lobster.
So in the beautifull summer.... REMEMBER SUNLOTION.

Sweet, I pulled one of those last summer...except I was at the beach for 6 hours, therefore my torso, my face, arms, a good portion of my legs, and even my feet got lobster-fied. As blondie stated...very painful, I definitely won't be doing that this summer

Sorry to hear that Blondie. Hope you get better. When my family and I were on the beach a couple of years ago my dad got some really bad sunburn. Not fun.

Blondie, Sorry to hear about that Sunburns can not only hurt (and badly) but can also be harmful long term. Don't forget that sunscreen, especially for those outdoor festivals.

You should go to the doctor's if you havent already, just to make sure nothing has happened due to your prolonged sun exposure.

heres a tip for you blondie: rub vinegar into the soarer parts of your sunburn (dont rub hard, obviously), i just tried it, and it actually takes away a lot of the itching and soarness! its strange, but i read it on a few sites, so i thought id try it, and it worked

Im going to the beach again tomorrow aka 11th July. I normally tan ok, but i'll be wearing at least a factor 15 , possibly a 20 or 25 to avoid all forms of knightmare burning! I bet i'll still miss a bit tho, so prepare to hear from me soon in the next epic post in the sunburn thread ;D
Key areas to protect:
1. Top of back and shoulders 2. Arms 3. lower legs 4. Face
