well its a I IV blues progression you got there, blues, bluegrass, folk, and country are all different things don't get them confused well its good anyway very chill recording there

this riff has been played to death chris, no offense, just some constructive criticism, you can still do the 1, 4, 5 progression, however, try an do it with another variation rather than the bada, da,da bada dad,da...etc... other than that, myself being a guitarist, I find anything done on a guitar fun to listen to, and I found it enjoyable

i know it has been. and it's played on my 7 string, the low b. haha, so it's not all my amp. it was just something to see how the mic worked. a little fun, but thank you for your constructive criticism. :]

i agree wtih blotto, that rythym is very old a little boring now but this little trackw as quite relaxing, if you you mixed the rythym up a bit you could easily stretch this sort of thing out for a few mins.

i think i'm going to redo the song today. i'll change the rhythm and see what happens. usually when i write songs, i record one part, then do the next. i never really write a full song all the way through. haha
