i listened to 1.08 and i lost interest, i like the idea of chords then a melodic line after it but perhaps you should study into chords in a key, cadences and basic harmony. some people have an ear for the blues, i dont haha i suggest you study rather than blag it. i used to be like you so dont fret
3 things important to work on
1 - keeping the groove you set 2 - legato 4 - playing things closer together rather than jumping over the fretboard

some good ideas but iagree with ali, it gets a little boring, what about some strings or an organ or something holding the chords in the back hwilst you do the lead parts?

wow. i ent posted on here 4 ages but as soon as i saw the word "blues" in the title i thought i'd give it a listen =). 2bh it's left me confused: was this actually meant to be an attempt at a song or was it jus like some kind of jam thing? cuz if it was a song then it lacked any kind of structure. gotta agree wiv the two guys above as well
