Yeah I like deth metal but my friend turned me on to some of the more brutal deth metal, the one he showed me was a band playing deth metal with frogs being killed in the background from what it sounded like, not too sure if that is what they were doing but anyway I want to know if there are any really cheesy brutal deth metal bands.

The most brutal in my opinion was a band named Morpheus Descends from Middletown,N.Y. They are accredited with creating New York Style Death Metal - (NYDM) & have influenced bands such as Cannible Corpse, Suffocation & others. Check out the album "Ritual of Infinity" & play the tracks - "Immortal Coil", "Submerged in Adipocere" Mostly about the undead but seriously heavy. They have gone on to other projects - (Immolation, Mortician, Mausoleum, DeadSpeak) Also Suffocation is extremely brutal & technical. For newer grindcore check out "Ninety Minute Reflex"

So... Are you looking for the most brutal death metal band like your title would suggest, or just cheesy ones?

Go for Mortician. Its the heaviest. But if you want to go extreme brutal and nothing else, try grindcore. Its basically half-assed bull*** merged with astute musicianship. I dont like it, but many do. Maybe it'll work for you too.
