I just finished transcribing the Science Fiction intro (yes by Mikey!). It's taken me at least 6 hours and it's easily my most ambitious/complex transcription so far. I really don't think they get any more ambitious than this though I've transcribed it for playability as much as possible and as accurate as my ears will allow. I believe most of the notes are right but I ran into some problems with the note values here and there so I fitted them in, in the best way possible. So here it is: GP5: www.mediafire.com/?fyzcygjmniyPDF: www.mediafire.com/?zzfhitzy5gmAlso for those of you who have RSE for Guitar Pro, only use it for Guitar as I have found the other RSEs are out of sync with the MIDI instruments. If you don't have RSE then turn the guitar up (a lot). The backing isn't much anyway so it doesn't really matter. If anyone needs another format pm me or post it here and I'll see if I can convert it (MIDI, GP4 etc.) Enjoy! EDIT: I actually find turning the RSE off makes the guitar a lot more accurate because the RSE lags unfortunately. If you find it sounds off slightly, try turning the RSE off and turn the other instruments down.

Maybe in a few years. Can you play it D-WB (even slower than the original) or are you still working on it?

I want to go on youtube with it haha seeing as there are too many no boundaries covers now mind you there are hardly any if any with the CORRECT tapping. I don't have much time to really sit down and practice anymore but I think I'll get there eventually

I actually made a thread about this ages ago and loads of people wanted me to transcribe Science Fiction and now no one wants to know! Just kidding. But to be honest it is surprising, I really think the intro is epic! Most epic thing ever in guitar history.

I haven't looked at it in ages unfortunately I still think it needs work for playability but it's not impossible at the moment. Yeah it's so awesome! It's one of the only things left by artists that I want to learn to play after that I'll concentrate more on composing

Great tab ,ive been wanted to know how this was played for a while now ,better get practicing lol Thank you! I found most transcribers make the mistake of just tabbing the right notes. You have to be able to tab so the reader can actually learn it! So I've prioritised playability whilst maintaining a good degree of accuracy. It's as accurate as my ears will allow anyway
