Hello shredder around the globe . I am very happy with this forum and with everything michael has given me ever since i was a child . I've recently bought all his Cds , DVDS , his signature MAB 1 , t-Rex OD pedal and his HWS pickups . Yet , am still very confused because i don't know what amp should i buy ( I would like to get as close to his tone as i can ) not to emulate him but for the pleasure and the eargasm it gives you . Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you all

I would say a Marshall JCM800. MAB has also used the JCM900 but I don't recommend that amp, the 800 is a much better amp.
But if you want something more modern that is more versatile, definitely check out DV Mark, they are also very light weight, which is really cool, especially if you have to carry it around for gigs.

Thank blue , i've heard a bit of DV Mark and that michael became an endorser of that company , it's just that i am lost and i can't seem to fixate my mind on one amp. Would it get me closer to MAB's tone ? or should i use a valve state because i've seen somewhere on the forum that Michael used the JCM 800 ( especially in The MAB DVD performance ) for display ..

Marshall, Marshall, Marshall, Marshall Later models, JCM800 (best option IMO) or even later models like the DSL or JVM would work fine. You'll need that upper midrange character that they have. You should definitely have a tube amp if you want good quality tone, not because someone else uses it just simply because it sounds sweeter Only con with tube amps IMO is that they are heavier but if you get a DV Mark that is not an issue since they are as light as solid state amps, if not even lighter.

For some people, they just HAVE to have tubes/valves to get the tone. I can tell you that MAB has setup his DV Marks next to his customized JCM800 and A/B'd them against each other. Once he made a few adjustments, the tone was indistinguishable. The cabinets are lighter and the amp is amazingly lighter. The delay is built in also, so he doesn't need to bring the pair of delays anymore. Trust me, Michael was very leery to endorse any amp company... but he just LOVES the DV Marks. Another of my top 3 "favorite" guitarists, who is also a tone snob, is also endorses DV Marks (Steven Rothery from Marillion).

Guys i just want to thank you all , you are like a family here on this forum . Ill start saving up some money to get either the Marshall JCM 800 or the DV MARKs . I am just afraid i won't have the exact the same settings as MAB on the amps because i have searched all the forum for the settings and especially for the MAB overdrive signature pedal and i could not find any ... any help ?

It's really not about settings. Don't go down that route...
Getting a similar tone/sound as someone else doesn't require that you have the same gear or the same settings it's about how you play and how your playing style works with what you have. You can achieve a very similar sound with completely different gear (as long as it isn't extremely different of course).
Also, I will say this, which is very important. On most Marshall amps the tone stack is very ineffective, so it's not a super crucial part of getting a certain sound. It has to do with the topology of the amp so there's nothing you can do about it as an end user, you'll have to modify the amp to change that.
