There was no booklet enclosed in the box containing the DVD so how can this situation be remedied? Thank you.

The booklet is on a PDF file on the disc, just place it into your computer and you can print it out. I worked on this project. It's a very high resolution scan and can be easily printed from the PDF. I don't think an actual printed booklet is included.

Hi blackjack. SendHelp is 100% correct. My company does not sell this DVD, so you must have ordered it from Metal Method. They are the company you should have contacted first. I can tell you that printed booklets have not come with any of my DVDs in many years. The reason is that like SendHelp stated, the booklet is on the DVD in PDF form and can be viewed from your computer or printed out. I sincerely hope this helps. Thanks.

The reason is that like SendHelp stated, the booklet is on the DVD in PDF form and can be viewed from your computer or printed out. I sincerely hope this helps. Thanks. Thanks Michael, yes it does help. I didn't know I should have contacted Metal method first. I just remembered finding the DVD on the M.A.C.E. website. Turns out that what was on there was actuallly a link to Metal method so I understand now. As for my confusion over not receiving an actual booklet, it just have been because this, which appears on the Metal Method website makes it sound like there is a booklet that comes with it: “There was an MAB instructional before Speed Kills which we are releasing. It’s the 25th anniversary of my Star Licks video. I secured the rights to it, so yeah, we’re releasing it. It will be a commemorative edition. When I did the Star Licks video, there was no tablature software. None. It didn’t exist. And nobody had computers, no cell phones, anything. So I actually was the only one who could write the transcription. I had to hand-write out the booklet. I was the only guy who could do it. I’m not saying the only one who could, but I was the only one who took the time, and I mean I had to use pen and ink. It was old school, but it was fun for me to make sure that the notation looked good. It was accurate, and it’s pretty cool. That’s the booklet that is included in this new edition.” So that last sentence confused me. But it's alright. I'm just glad to know that the tablature is available if I just put the DVD into my computer to see the PDF file and I can even print it out! So that's great. Thanks again, Michael. You make the best instructional DVDs I've ever seen. Only Paul Gilbert is close in the quality office instructionals. Gilbert tends to try to be a comedian though. I've been buying your lessons for a long time. My fist purchase was the original Speed Kills on VHS! The one where you are wearing the Gold's Gym tank top. In particular your invention of the concept of Potential Picking Speed is something I believe revolutionized how teaching technical rock guitar is done. it's just so logical and rational. I love it.
