I did this in the other one, but thats closed, and I'm sure this has been done, But I'd like to hear what a few of your influences are, and WHY they are your influences, and what kinda stuff of theirs you try to incorporate into your playing. Thanks.

Kirk Hammett/Dave Mustaine-Inspired me to pick up guitar, i kinda try to incorparate dave's speed in my playing. Dimebag Darrell-Inspired me to be like him, to me the best metal guitarist of all time, i try to use his riffs and solos/sounds into my songs, but i need his sig for that. Still inspires me today to keep going on guitar, so finally one day, i can play like him. Zakk Wylde-Inspires me because ive recently only gotten into his stuff, and now recognise what a great guitarist he is. Michael Angelo Batio-Inspires me everytime i watch speed lives or speed kills, everytime i still watch in disbelieve as he does everything. After Dimebag died, i didnt wanna play guitar, since i lost the will to play, but after watchin speed lives, i feel like ive gotten a new challenge again with Michael's speed, accuracy, everything. He challenges me to push myself further, and i love a challenge. Thats all mine. ;D

- Michael Angelo Batio -Steve Vai / Joe Satriani -Paul Gilbert -Patrick Rondat But... honestly, I'm trying to do as much "me" as possible ! PS: there are some classical music compositors that have really helped me to find melodies... like Schumann, Bach, Brahms, Mozart, and so on. (every compositors has his influences.. Something is cool for exercises, you try to do some "Bach Etude" with the guitar... it really helps

I have so many different influences that it would be hard to post them all. I have always liked "music" first, then the players who performed that music. I always liked songs or compositions around great playing and singing first. Some of my earliest musical influences include: Joe Pass, George Benson, Eddie Van Halen, Randy Rhodes, Jimi Hendrix, Uli Roth, Charlie Christian, Django Reinhardt, W. A. Mozart, Bartok, Stravinsky, Frank Zappa, Black Sabbath, King Crimson, Judas Priest and then many more newer bands and artists that are too numerous to mention. I am a student of music. I studied Jimmy Page the way I studied Mozart and learned from as many artists as I can. I do not mean to compare Page to Mozart, just study them and take from them what I consider useful. .

Yngwie Malmsteen - Because he basically invented shred . Got to Love his Abilities .
Steve Vai - I'm a Huge Fan , he has great expression in his music . And who could forget his two hand tapping.
Paul Gilbert - Probable one of the best and fast alternate picking guitar players ever.
Joe Satriani - Somewhere amongst the Crazy Speed Picking and Whammy Dive Satch remains the perfect medium.
Greg Howe - Probable one of my newest Influence, a great player makes Jazz more interesting (ie at Shred speeds)
Michael Angelo Batio - I first say him in the Speed Kills video and I was completely blown away . He is not of this world !
