Topic: Michael Angelo Hi I was on Michael Angelo Batio's website recently and posted a topic asking him what his stance on Voodoo AMP's were and he said he had never heard of them. Now Michael Angelo has recently become a Dean Endorser but has not yet chosen a specific AMP. Now I don't believe you have any endorsers yet but I figured if you had some one like Michael Angelo Batio (Rated Number One Shredder Of All Time) It could help benefit you both. So I was wonder if perhaps I could try getting Michael Angelo to give you a phone call !
Re: Michael Angelo! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael is a great player and I recall his Nitro days, dual necked guitars and one fo my bands actually opened for Nitro in Rochester NY. We would be more than happy to have Michael using our amps
Thanks so much for posting Trace "When tone really matters" Voodoo Amps Shop Line: 607-256-0465 --- Office Hours 10AM-7PM Monday-Friday 11AM-5PM Saturday EST (NY time)

If I am correct he is endorsed by Marshall or Mesa or something.
I saw once when a store had it set up for a clinic, they had a crate blue voodoo stack ready for him, and they were also expecting that the instructors have a blues jam during the clinic so thay had the drums, bass amps and such up there. When Mr Batio showed up they had to hurry and redo everything -
Took the drums down, bass stuff down - got rid of the blue doo doo (thankfully to my ears those thing are not that great) and set up 2 marshall half stacks. Yeah I think the clinic started late because of it too.
makes you wonder if they read they contract requirements or whatever.
As far as new endorsement goes, I suppose that once your setup and tastes develop - and your with the brands you like, it is a very difficult decision to go donw to a smaller company like that that many not have the funds or the distributership. Almost all music stores have marshall, but not nearly as many have voodoo amps from what I see. that would be a factor too, esp when your there playng the clinic and show with stock music store gear, you need the predicatablilty of the sound.
Anyway thats my take on it, I may be wrong. I am sure the brand of amp you like sound good.

Hes not endorsed anymore I believe and I didn't see him on the Marshall artist page for obvious reasons (Hes changing AMP's everytime you see him).He used to be with Randall no longer I believe but I think Michael could really enjoy these AMP's and make Voodoo the leading AMP brand. LOL I also hope he gets to see this post perhaps I should talk to Deb!

It's getting quite boring that every single one of your posts is a cheap plug for Voodoo amps

Yea right only someone who has the ability to play one will ever understand perhaps you should stop over looking them and actually try one and not make unknowledgeable comments about them. So don't call Voodoo to far fetched and I was talking with Trace and he would like Michael to give them a try and I also talked with him about it on his forums too. Voodoo is simply the best AMP's out there all I ask is someone give them a try. Trace is simply the new AMP Guru of our time and is the God of MOD's and AMP's. I mean you don't even have to try out the AMP's even the sound demos are beyond amazing but nothings like playing it yourself ;D TRY THEM!
