Hey man, listening to some of your trcks now. The production is pretty damn good man. What studio setup you got?
Random comment- in your default pic you look a bit like Edward Norton, thats way cool.
Grindstone Limbo - is hella cool, the sort of stuff im in love with. Get some vocals on man!! It reminds me of some Accept tunes. Oh man the bit that comes in around 3.20 absolutly lush! The solo is great! Some good chops but most importantly some very tastful playing also! OMG i love this track. Do you guys have a cd?
Golden - Fantastic again. Great sound your band has going on. Wish there was vocals on would really complete the songs. The guitar tones are always great. The solo that comes in at a minuit into it is really Michael Lee Firkins, you a fan? It sounds like Animusic too. How do you get that gorgeous solo tone? its fantastic.
Adding you as a friend, im Adam Ironside.
Ill listen to the oterh two tracks later. If you guys have a CD, im buying!

Adam, thank's so much. I really appreciate it. These are some originals I wrote. I did all of the recording, playing, and writing myself, and since the band and I got back together, we're in the process of learning them as a group. As far as the studio setup, it's an Akai Dps 16 with an external graphic eq. That's about it. The drums are (unfortunately) digital, since I didn't have a set, but that will change when we, as a band, re record everything. I agree about the vocals! Yes, they definitely need some. That too will be taken care of, shortly. The solo sounds I was using at the time were compliments of my now deceased, Digitech Legend II effects processor. Man, I'd do anything to get my hands on another. For some reason, I can't find one, not even on Ebay The guitar I use is an Ibanez Saber custom. It's got a great lead tone. Thanks for the friend add. BTW, who's Edward Norton If anyone else wants to befriend me, PLEASE feel free ;D The more, the merrier

Actually, no. They're way outdated.
It's only a 16 bit processor, and there's a hell of alot of digital noise, but the compression/sustain is untouchable. I've never been able to find another unit that can actually give me the note duration, harmonics, and the ability to pull off basically error free arpeggios as this one.
I just purchased the Pod XT, but haven't had much time to work with it. I did try it out last night, and was much more inpressed then I was at Guitar Center.
